Got this photo in a forwarded mail. It shows a photo of a guy from Asia who looks alot like Brazilian soccer star Ronaldinho. Since its world cup fever now, i just tought of sharing this photo with everyone. It is known that he is always mistaken for the soccer star.

Technology nowadays are becoming so advanced that nowadays we are having almost real life like robots invading earth. From moving robotic pets to dancing robots, now we have ‘The Robot Worm’.

Sure, we’ve seen plenty of robot snakes in the past, but none like this robot earthworm being developed at Chuo University in Japan. The same research department that showed us the incredible Strider bot, is now demonstrating a machine that can move on open land and along narrow passageways, using the same method of peristalsis as the average night crawler. Each section of the body expands and contracts in a specific order, thus enabling the rubber-gripped bot to move inside of a tube with almost no lateral motion, even when crawling straight up. We can see how this technology, which NASA is also working on, could be used in fields like geology, robofishing and medicine, even though watching the videos on the site and seeing the word “catheter” in the article made us more than a little uneasy.
Soon i guess the creation of a robotic sperm would also not be impossible :p

After a while doing beta test and all the rumours that was going around, Google Adsense introduced ‘Click To Play Video Ads’.
From Google Adsense web :
We’ve recently launched click-to-play video ads, a new ad format for sites in the AdSense network. Video ads may appear on your site if you’re opted into image ads for one of the three ad formats that support video ads: the Medium Rectangle (300 X 250), Large Rectangle (336 X 280), and Square (250 X 250).
When a video ad is served to a page, it will be displayed as a static opening image. Once the user clicks the play button or the opening image, the video will begin playing within the ad space. If the user clicks the display URL at the bottom of the ad, or clicks the ad while it’s playing, the user will automatically be taken to the advertiser’s website. Users can control the volume and can replay the video if they choose; the video will not automatically replay.

It’s been a while since i posted in the blog, well i wasn’t away / sick / lazy, but i was busy fixing and tweaking the site. Currently i have fully integrated phpBB and wordpress to use a single login. The main sessions are handled by phpBB and using wordpress database.
